We looked at the relationship between positive emotions and coping strategies. We found that students who spent time with their partner, family, and friends, engaged in a creative coping strategy or exercise/sports reported the most positive emotions.
We looked at the relationship between negative emotions and coping strategies. We found that students who spent time with family, engaged in exercise/sports, played video games, or engaged in meditation/yoga reported the lowest negative emotions.
We looked at the relationship between life satisfaction and coping strategies. We found that students who spent time with family and friends reported the highest life satisfaction.
We looked at the relationship between meaning in life and coping strategies. We found that students who spent time with family and friends, or engaged in meditation/yoga reported the most significant meaning in life.
