There is a place for every season of learning here at REN and we are happy to tailor your learning experience to accommodate whichever one you and your team is in. We have lead sessions for all interest holder groups including students, families, staff and community members.
We offer our sessions in the following three categories:
Seed: Beginner
Sprouting: Intermediate
Blossoming: Advanced
If your group is at mixed stages of growth we can accommodate different learning levels through small group work, tiered activities and cross collaborative dialogue.
Additionally, we center our trainings around the fundamental social work concept of "person-in-environment". This perspective recognizes that a person's behavior, well-being, and life circumstances are profoundly influenced by their surrounding social, economic, cultural, and physical environments. With this in mind, we tend to sort our trainings into three larger buckets that center on self, community and systems, with many sessions having some level of overlap on these perspectives.
