What started as a small seed of inspiration between two co-workers who worked to bridge cultural divides through intentional work around engagement, equity and identifying existing strengths, has blossomed into a network of resources and trainings that are offered to all who bring fertile ground and a willingness to engage in the work.
Radical Empathy Network works to bridge the knowledge gap between professionals and the communities they serve by offering engaging, thoughtful trainings and capacity-building opportunities. Our work is grounded in fostering consciousness and awareness in a fast-paced society where individuals often operate on autopilot. Through intentional spaces, we encourage reflection and skill-building, enabling individuals to connect more deeply with themselves and others.
