Everyone is a mathematician
Philadelphia Area Math Teachers' Circle
The Philadelphia Area Math Teachers' Circle (PAMTC) is on a semi-permanent hiatus, mainly due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We held monthly meetings for teachers - at one point, for two different groups of attendees - from 2011 until 2020. If you have any questions about our work, please email us philamtc@gmail.com. We are happy to help, if you'd like to know more!
Our Support
Since our establishment on July 18, 2011, we have received the generous support of a number of sponsors and partners. Donations from these sponsors allow us to provide dinner for workshop attendees, as well as door-prizes (classroom supplies, coffee, etc.) to honor the hard work of teachers, materials for our problem-solving work, and honoraria to our guest facilitators - who devote a significant amount of time planning workshops with our Leadership Team. We would like to thank and recognize all of our sponsors, partners, and supporters!

Finally, the faculty of Bryn Mawr College, Haverford College, Swarthmore College, the University of Pennsylvania, and Villanova University have been instrumental in providing their intellectual support and other such resources.
