The parents of the learners are the primary linkage of the school. They are the first group of people who can immediately act on the needs of the school for the good of their children, the learners. They can easily tap whatever programs and activities of the school.

The school can also have its linkages to other stakeholders like the barangay, the LGU and other organizations for the betterment of the school. Some gave assistance for the physical improvement of the school and the others gave some equipments like printers for the reproduction of self learning modules of the learners.
