About Me
My name is Lindsey Olson, and I'm the Elementary/Middle School counselor at Rushford Peterson Public Schools. I have been a School Counselor for 14 years, previously in Chatfield and Saint Charles Public Schools. I live in Saint Charles with my husband and three kiddos, Maya (10), Maisie (8) and Avery (6). I have a Master's degree in School Counseling from Winona State University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. We are huge Minnesota Gopher fans! I love reading, watching movies, playing volleyball, hiking, cheering for the Twins and Vikings, and travelling!
This year I'll be working primarily with third - eighth grade students individually, in groups, and in classrooms, teaching a sixth grade elective class, and adding some career and college readiness opportunities for elementary students! I love being an RP Trojan! 💚💛
Mrs. Olson offers one-on-one counseling with 3rd - 8th grade students as needed, lunch bunches and small groups for 3rd-8th graders, and classroom lessons in academic, personal/social skills, and career development! Reach out by email if you'd like her to check in with a student, at lindseyolson@r-pschools.com or fill out this quick referral form for our team!

MySAEBRS Screening Information
FASTBRIDGE's mySAEBRS (my Social, Academic, and Emotional Behavior Risk Screener) is a brief tool for screening all students to identify those who are at risk for social-emotional behavior (SEB) challenges. mySAEBRS has a teacher rating assessment, the SAEBRS, which is also used to screen individual students across grades K-12.
SAEBRS and mySAEBRS results are used by the Student Support Team to identify students for lunch bunch small groups, individual counseling, and other interventions.
