There is a technique or way of thinking, that can help you find a balance and manage stress in a healthy way. It is called mindfulness. Without skill to manage you stress you will constantly struggle to live a balanced and centered life.
There is almost always something about ourselves we’d really like to change. It might be the way we think, the way we feel, or even the way we look. This is a safe space where you can start changing yourself softly. We can’t change the future, nor can we change the past. The only thing we have control over is right now and our presence in this moment.
Living mindfully is a conscious decision transforming to a habit, that has real measurable results.

Yuliya Brodskaya is the founder, owner and a facilitator at MINDFULLY YOURS Resource Center. She is an internationally certified and experienced coach/trainer, facilitator and consultant in self- and organizational development, with the Master Degree in Environmental Science. Yuliya is inspired by Spiritual Teachings and will guide you through the Mindfulness Process by practicing meditation, relaxation and visualization techniques.
