PHONE design 2017

With modern smartphones, I miss what the designers did at the turn of the millennium with many iconic models. Thanks to the buttons and different sized screens, they were able to come up with all sorts of creations. With the advent of touch screens and the absence of keyboards, modern smartphones look like eggs. Only the possibility to bend the display will bring a bit of a new breeze to the aesthetic solution of modern communicators.

In addition to the side curvature of the display, the presented concept also brings a rounded top and bottom edge. Thanks to this shape, it is possible to round the overall design more and ensure a pleasant grip thanks to the shape of the pebble. All controls are software-based. The fingerprint reader is integrated directly into the display.
