Architect Yolanda David Reyes specializes in architectural design andfacility planning. She obtained her BS in Architecture in 1975 and herMaster in Architecture in 1986 from the University of Santo Tomas ,College of Architecture and Fine Arts and the UST Graduate School. Shecompleted her PhD academic units at the School of Urban and RegionalPlanning of the University of the Philippines. She was the Dean of theUniversity of Santo Tomas College of Architecture and Fine Arts for theperiod of nine years, during which time the College achieved the statusof “Center of Excellence” from the Commission on Higher Education of thePhilippines.
Architect Reyes was the first woman to be Dean of University of SantoTomas College of Architecture and Fine Arts and to serve as NationalPresident of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). She alsoprojected the UAP and the Philippines in the international scene as thefirst woman architect to be elected as Chairperson of the ArchitectsRegional Council of Asia or ARCASIA composed of 19 member countries inAsia. She is currently the Vice President for Region IV of the UnionInternationale des Architectes.

Atty. Roel Refran is a CPA-lawyer with extensive experience in capital markets and securities regulation.
Atty. Refran holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, an MBA in capital market and finance, and an accountancy degree. He is a lecturer on financial sector regulation in the Master of Science in Finance program of the University of the Philippines.
He is the chairman of the Capital Market Development Committee of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Atty. Refran is the President of the Philippine Fulbright Scholars Association.
He was a bronze medalist in the 2002 and 2004 Mr. Philippines national bodybuilding competitions.

Jesus P. Estanislao, Ph.D. is currently the Chairman of the Center for Excellence in Governance and Visiting Professor of IESE Business School (Barcelona). He is the Founding Chairman of the Institute of Corporate Directors and Institute for Solidarity in Asia.
He had served in government as Secretary (Minister) of Finance and as Economic Planning Secretary during the Presidency of Corazon Aquino.
His carrier in banking was capped by his appointment as Chairman and CEO of the Development Bank of the Philippines, which he rehabilitated in 1986-1989.
He served in academe as the founding President of the University of Asia & the Pacific in Manila and as Founding Dean of the ADB Institute in Tokyo.
He has a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University and an MA in Economics from Fordham University. His undergraduate degrees were obtained from the University of San Carlos.
His awards include: the Philippine Legion of Honor; the Philippine Management Man of the Year in 2010; the Outstanding Filipino (for governance) in 2012; and the Hernando de Soto award for democracy in 2013.
An author of several governance books, he published “Governance in the Philippines: Spanish Colonial Rule, 1565-1898” (the first of a series of 3). The current volume is the second of the series.

Atty. Alexander B. Cabrera was admitted to the partnership of Isla Lipana & Co., the Philippine member firm of PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) global network in 1998 at the age of 31, making him at that time the youngest partner to be admitted. He also enjoys the reputation of being admitted to the partnership from staff auditor to partner within the shortest time.
In 2002, with the approval of PwC partners, he founded the law firm Cabrera Lavadia & Associates. He assumed the leadership of the firm’s tax services department in 2006. And in 2009, he became Deputy Senior Partner of Isla Lipana & Co.

Atty. Carlo L. Navarro is currently Deloitte's SEA Transfer Pricing Leader and heads Deloitte's SEA Transfer Pricing Center located in Manila, Philippines. Before joining Deloitte, Carlo led transfer pricing and international tax practices of Big 4 firms around Southeast Asia to assist clients in international corporate restructuring and planning and tax-effective supply chain transformations.
He has over twenty years of experience working in various jurisdictions in Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) as an International Tax and Transfer Pricing practitioner, giving him practical experience in dealing with Tax Authorities of these countries. He hasassisted clients in various phases of transfer pricing engagements, from planning, documentation and audit defense to negotiating APAs and MAPs.
Atty. Navarro completed his post-graduate studies in International Tax Law (2003-2004) at Harvard Law School, Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA and his Law (1993-1997) and Political Science (1989-1993) degrees from the University of the Philippines (Diliman).

He was previously the head of IBM Corp.’s Cloud business in the country, and Country Manager of Avaya Holding Corporation.

Dr. Nino Mateo is an associate professor of the Counseling and Educational Psychology Department of the Br. Andrew Gonzalez FSC College of Education of De La Salle University, Manila. Dr. Mateo completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (with high distinction) at De La Salle University and his B.A. and M.A. Psychology degrees at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
He is also a licensed practicing clinical psychologist. He is also registered guidance counselor. He is a board topnotcher, having placed first at the 2012 licensure board examination for guidance counselors.
He has served as auditor and vice-president of the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association (PGCA) National, head of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) Counseling Psychology Division and President of the William Glasser Institute, Philippines. Dr. Mateo has also served as Vice-Dean for the College of Education at De La Salle University.
Dr. Mateo is a certified counseling psychologist and a certified Choice Theory/ Reality Therapy practitioner. He is the first Filipino certified instructor for Choice Theory/ Reality Therapy under William Glasser International. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, Dr. Mateo serves as a consultant, conference speaker and workshop trainer and has published extensively in local and international journals in the areas of positive psychology and counseling practice.
