Katrina Lu

Katrina’s passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine started when she was a young girl and her mother would make medicinal soups that accompanied dinner. Having grown up around TCM and the philosophy that grounds its practice her whole life, she didn’t think seriously about becoming a practitioner until Covid shuttered her job at a nonprofit for underserved families. Wanting to help others in a more direct and holistic way, she decided to pursue a formal education and completed her Master’s degree at Emperor’s College. She is pleased to be joining Echo Park Acupuncture and treats a wide berth of health concerns including musculoskeletal pain, mental wellness, gynecological conditions, fertility, and more.
