Congratulations, Senior! You are at the last leg of your Secondary Education. Tis the time of the year to make sure that all is in order for you to graduate. Here is a checklist. Please visit this site often because information will be added as we close out the school year.

1> Seniors MUST have at least 22 credits. View the table on the left for more information. Or check your StudentVue, click here for instructions. For concerns, reach out to rbayles@qcusd.org and qcva@qcusd.org

2> Complete the QCVA Graduation Ceremony Participation form. A link will be added soon. Students are encouraged to attend the commencement exercise but is not mandatory.

2A> PARTICIPATING Students- order your cap and gown. A link will be added soon. You may pick up your gown at the QCVA office before or after Spring Break in March 2024. This would be a great time to take your Grad invite photos! (You can also order your grad photo from Jostens if you came in for Senior Photos in September 2023. A code was emailed to your district Gmail, please refer to the instructions in that email. Picture retakes was in November 2023.)
2A> PARTICIPATING Students- order your cap and gown. A link will be added soon. You may pick up your gown at the QCVA office before or after Spring Break in March 2024. 2B> Graduation Rehearsal will be announced shortly after Semester 2 Final Exams. It will be around the week of May 13-17, 2024. It's important to attend so you know the layout of the school and where you will be for the graduation walk. More information to follow soon.

Queen Creek Virtual students may attend prom as a guest at CHS, EHS or QCHS. All guest rules and restrictions apply to QCVA students that attend.
