COLLEGE FAIR with 25+ AZ schools. These events will be conducted through Zoom and be in a "5x5" format. All attendees will start in a general Zoom meeting room for a brief intro, then breakout rooms will open for presentations. Each breakout room will consist of 5 similar schools (Community Colleges, Private Universities, Technical Schools, etc.). Each school will present briefly about their school for 5 minutes, so 25 minutes of presentations in the breakout room, followed by another session of the same allowing participants to see 10 schools present. Here is a sample schedule:

• 10 minute introduction of schools and explanation of the fair structure

• 25 minute Breakout Presentation Session 1

• 5 minute regroup in main Zoom room to allow participants to pick their 2nd presentation room

• 25 minute Breakout Presentation Session 1

The whole thing should only take a little over an hour.
