The Show!

"Spontaneity" the musical takes the true tale of a night that took place in October of 2021. This night, I went out of my comfort zone and events took place that can't be described as anything less than a movie. My show takes these events and dramatizes them further. Put to the music of some of my favorite artists including Brye and Lizzy McAlpine. 

Additionally, this show features one song with an original melody and lyrics written by me. The rehearsal process after writing my script consisted of casting this 5 woman show, rehearsals bi-weekly on Mondays in which we would flip between song and harmony learning, as well as blocking. I worked closely with my lighting designer Jeremiah Poirier to use lighting effectively to switch the scenes from when characters are in the group setting of the story, versus when they are facing their personal problems, on their own.
