My Goal as an artist

My goal as an artist is to try and offer something new to the table of the art world. I like to make art that most people would find uncomfortable or disturbing, I want to people to resonate with my art deep down, in a way they've never experienced before. While that is my goal as an artist, most of the art I make for myself, so even if I don't reach my goal I'll still be happy with everything I've created. I couldn't be more grateful for everything Iv'e experienced and all the opportunities that I've been given.

My Other works

Here are some of my favorite works that I've done over the years all done in a variety of mediums

70's Vase

I made this as a gift for a friend, and it is inspired by vases that were popular in the late 60's- early 70's because my friend loves pieces from that time

Slouching Monster

This slouching figure is inspired off of a horror game I played recently at the time of making the piece, the game is best known for stretching proportions to unnatural levels

Blue Purse

This purse is inspired by the minimalism pastel style of modern clothes and accessories, I tried to create a purse that could be sold in stores

Purple Face

I had just received a new medium and I wanted to try a new style of drawing by exaggerating specific proportions that most people don't find pleasing

Wordless Man

This is based off the feeling that you are not able to voice your feelings or thoughts to not upset others, the brown haze around the man is supposed to represent negative feelings

Green Haze

This was a piece to practice oil pastels and test how much it can be manipulated, what started as just testing out a medium turned into one of my favorite pieces

I want to give a thank you to the people who have inspired me and helped me grow to be a person that I am happy and proud of

My Mother:

You let me be myself and you embraced all my weird projects and ideas. Thank you for helping me even when I was being difficult and I couldn't be more grateful that you are my mother

My friends:

All of you have been so kind to me and I'm proud to call all of you my friends, I would not be the same if I didn't have any of you in my life and thank you for sticking with me when I was at my darkest. I hope to have all of you in my life for years to come.
