1. In-person - In-person visits are great for personalised support and guidance throughout your journey. Feel free to pop-in for assistance with getting started, logging, goal setting or any other urgent requests.

2. Via email - Ideal for quick questions and non-urgent requests. If you find you have a long list of questions, it is best to pop-in one lunchtime for assistance.
