I want to say thank you to everyone who helped out this weekend. A special thank you to Chris Nielsson, Jean Guillemette, Lois Chabot and Erin Connell for all their help prepping for this weekend as well has the extra time they put in this weekend.
I will be working on the advancer file for the High School athletes who will be competing at Provincials next weekend. I will add a tab to this website as well as I will email coaches that infomation. This document will be time sensitive as we need to submit by NOON on Monday.
We also had several records broken this weekend, I will be updating the records page over the next couple of days.

If your athlete in HIGH SCHOOL has placed 1st or 2nd at zones they have then qualified for Provincials in Calgary next weekend. Finalizing details is time sensetive so being able to contact everyone is key. If your athlete has qualified please complete the coaches contact form - this will help make things smooth for registering for Provincials.

I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped out today. Track is a big event to put together, and we could not do it with all of our volunteers, coaches and community members.
A couple of items:
There are LOTS of numbers being typed in, if you happen to see a typo or an error, please pop by the results room and let me know, I can make updates there - as well have all the original documents. If I am not there, please write down the message and details so I can correct it.
4X100m relays teams - there are a lot of teams, please try to have them filled out and submitted a soon as you know your team - I need them a minimum 1 hour before the race time.
Anyone placing 1st or 2nd - please let the ladies at the medals know if you are planning on attending Provincials. If you are in 3rd please also let them know, incase the individuals in 1st or 2nd are unable to attend.
