Let's Go!
The Let’sGo! playing board is constructed as a foldable elevated table. On each side of the table is a hook for the player’s chip pouch. The chip pouches hang from the hook during play, allowing easy access to chips. The game board is atop the table, with a detailed grid that can be accessed from all four sides. There is also space for players to rest their chips alongside the playing board. Played with the traditional rules of Go, Let’sGo! allows four players to compete. Each player uses different colored chips to place on the board.
This game consists of a square board made out of plastic and can be played on any surface or on the go. There will be four different colored plastic pieces that players will use and players will try to surround enemies with their own pieces to establish ground during the game. The player with the biggest range on the board that can’t be eaten by the other players wins the game. The game can be folded up and stored in a box for future use.
Similar to a Go board, but with more colorful pieces for multiplayer. People take turns playing chess. Obviously, the use of more players and a larger board allows for a significant increase in game flexibility. Likewise, cooperation and betrayal would make the game more playable.
Players take turns placing their pieces on the board in the intersections. Markers are color coded for each player (up to 4). Pieces are only taken off the board once they are surrounded by others of different colors. The game board is foldable. The player with the most markers of their respective color on the board at the end of the game wins. The game ends once all the intersections are covered or all players pass on their turn.
BarterShip
BarterShip is a boardgame shaped in a circle and folded in the center. Players take turns rolling the die to advance around the “world” and collect as many resources as possible from each country, using the barter system. Individual players are represented by sailboat pawns that display different colored flags to identify each player. Inside the pawns, players can store their collected tokens throughout the game. Players are initially given gold tokens to be later traded as they advance. Throughout the game, players will also collect Challenge and Treasure cards that will elaborate on additional tasks and rules for play. If players land on certain countries, they may elect to sail across the board to another country that does not neighbor their space. The player with the most resources at the end of play wins.
BarterShip is a square board made out of plastic where each square is labeled with different countries that can be moved around. Players will use the little, colored ships to move from one country to another by rolling dice. Players will try to collect resources from the different countries in exchange for gold coins. Along the way, there will be challenge and treasure squares where players can access cards that can either benefit or sabotage their game. At the end, the player with the most resources and gold coins wins. The game can be folded up and stored in a small cardboard box for future use.
The addition of more beautiful pieces and a more exciting random mechanism like dice and roulette make the game more likely and less difficult, while the ability to create more conflicts makes the game more interesting. At the same time, the exchange rate mechanism of different countries' relations is introduced, for example, war will cause the exchange rate to become bigger, and peace will make the exchange rate close to the same.
The game figures are shaped like ships and move from each square by rolling a die. Players can land on either a country, treasure, or challenge card to determine what resources they will gain or lose. The game board is foldable. Each player starts with 3 gold and can barter with different countries for resources until they achieve all 5 to win or go bankrupt. The 5 resources needed to win are wood, wheat, cattle, tea, and coal.
