Dear Students and Families,
We will learn more about distance learning expectations today, meanwhile, I would like to acknowledge the students that are already reading Newsela articles and working on Khan Academy. Way to go! As I find out more, I will share what I know with you.

Hello students and families. I am still waiting for official guidance from the district before I start assigning work, in addition to the already assigned Khan Academy unit on Ratios, Rates, and Percentages. I can report that I watched the emergency board meeting yesterday via YouTube and there will be no school for the next two weeks, taking us to spring break. We will all receive a notice from the district today. Please keep checking back here for further announcements from me.

Dear Families,
I am waiting for direction from the district before I assign work for next week's closure. Meanwhile, your children can definitely be working on Khan Academy to keep up with school work. We are still in Chapter 5, Ratios and Rates, in Big Ideas, and this set of Khan Academy lessons aligns very well with what we have been/will be working on in class:

Hello families! Thank you to those of you who attended Back to School Night. Sincerely, it was so nice to see many familiar faces and to also meet families that I have not yet met.
