6th Grade History
Welcome to 6th Grade History!
I am excited to be here with you all learning about our past. This class will be following the TCI History Alive! curriculum and California History-Social Science Content Standards. We will be reading, writing, and creating projects and more to analyze and think critically about civilizations of the past. This year we will be covering history spanning from the paleolithic era all the way up to the rise of Rome. It will be a major goal to bridge skills that we are learning in ELA such as reading and writing with the themes and topics we cover in history. As with our ELA class, assignments will be posted in google classroom. Please reach out if you have any questions!
