Movie Night!
The movie night was an event at our school where students and their families could come to our school and watch a movie. There was also food and drinks . They watched the new Super Mario Movie on September 15 where families, and friends had a good time sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the movie.
Labor Day
Labor day, celebrated on the first Monday of September, is a federal holiday in the United States of America. It is to recognize the work, and contributions of the citizens. People celebrate by hosting barbeques or attending parades. Labor day was first started in the late 1800s by individual states and labor activists. New York was the first state to make a bill to recognize labor day. Oregon was the first state to make it a law in 1887. New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, and Colorado then made it law by the end of 1887. It became a federal holiday in 1894.
Mexican Independence Day
Mexican Independence day is a celebration, recognizing the day Mexico proclaimed freedom over Spain. (After being ruled over Spain for over 300 years.) This national holiday is celebrated on September 16. It is celebrated with the colors of Mexico, (green, red, and white,) fiestas, parties, fireworks, flowers, food, dance, and music

This article is about how long students spend on their phone, and how this can worsen their mental health and overall performance. People from the Walden project run a test on students to see how much better they’ll perform in nature. This is because exposure to nature and activity produces good chemicals for the brain.
