PVPA’s Black Student Union, also known as BSU, is an affinity group that was started years ago. BSU is a place where students and staff of colour (Black, African American, Afro-Latinx, Multiethnic etc…) can come together to talk about our experiences as people of colour both in and out of school. It's a place of comfort where students and staff can comfortably be their authentic selves. BSU's mission is to reach out to all people of colour in the pvpa community and create a safe place where we can share our stories and bring awareness to the life that we live on a daily basis as people of colour here at pvpa and as members of the american society.
