Chair or Co-Chairs (2024-2025: Alyssa Chapdelaine)

Create agendas for and facilitate monthly PCO meetings.
Manage and respond to PCO chair email account.
Solicit volunteers for various events.
Communicate regularly with the head of school, secretary, treasurer, and event coordinators.
Coordinate content for monthly newsletter to school community.
Help run events with event coordinators.
Must be active on the PCO Facebook group between meetings to lead and monitor out-of-meeting votes and discussions.
Treasurer (Currently vacant)
(Effort: 3-5 hours per month, average, includes attending meetings)
Responsible for overseeing the financial records and funds of the organization.
Create a yearly budget with chairs and head of school.
Report on budget, accounts, transactions, and other financial responsibilities at meetings.
Must be available on the PCO Facebook group re: budgeting questions.
Secretary (2024-2025: Ryan Harriman)
(Effort: 2-4 hours per month, includes attending meeting and typing up minutes)
Manage and update the PCO website.
Take notes during meetings and post them on the PCO website.
Post the agenda (prepared by the Chair) before the meeting.
Post regularly to PCO Facebook group - photos used must be of children cleared for external photography.
Event / Fundraising Coordinators (Currently vacant)
(Effort varies depending on type of activity/fundraiser but is seasonal)
Event coordinators will be fully responsible for their event with help from chairs as needed.
Be prepared to ask for volunteers for their event.
Work with the Treasurer and Secretary to gather funds and put together any necessary communications.
Coordinate a schedule of events with the Chair(s).
Be present on the day of their event to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
