Description of Contact Preferences
Contact Sequence - Adding a sequence number on contacts will prompt district staff to contact these persons in the order that you specify. Parent/Guardians should start with a sequence of 1.
End Relationship - Note: Clicking the box to the right of the contact end dates the relationship.
By clicking the "Next" button you will enter the next pleat, in this case, "Referral For Assessment"
