HotSpot Support

HotSpots are devices used to connect to the internet using cell tower technology. (similar to how a smart phone would connect) These devices are provided to a household when internet connectivity is unavailable. We have found that each hotspot can accommodate multiple Chromebooks with ease. The schools will deploy these devices when requested, (and approved by the Principal). We currently offer KaJeet. This company will handle support issues directly. Please use the phone number provided below. Our hotspots do have web filtering and are shutdown at 11pm nightly and will come back online at 6am the following day.
