• I am registering myself as an emancipated or unaccompanied minor checkbox.

• Please check this box if this person lives at the address listed below (your previously entered address will show below this checkbox).

By clicking the "Next" button you will enter the next pleat, in this case, "Contact Information."

When you have completed the three pleats under this tab, you will be able to click the "Save/Continue" button on the bottom.
