The welcome page contains one drop down choice and fillable text boxes.

• Parent/Guardian Legal First Name

• Parent/Guardian Legal Last Name

• Parent/Guardian Email Address

• Verify Email Address

• Use the drop down selection Yes/No if any student being entered has attended a school in this district in the past.

• The Google "I'm not a robot" box prevents automated submissions by robots.

After clicking the "Begin Registration" button, you will be sent an email with additional information and a custom web link.
