- Students who become ill during the school day must come to the Health Office.
- If your student calls you from school, please direct them to the health office where we will call you. As a community, it is very important that we know what symptoms students are experiencing at school.
- Picture identification is required when picking up a student from school.
- Only those names listed as emergency contacts on the emergency card may pick up a student from school.
- Under no circumstances will a student be released to a ride share program. (ex. Lyft/Uber)

A doctor’s release is required for a child to resume P.E. activities following, surgery, serious illness or injury.
All students who have been hospitilized or who have had surgery need a release from their health care provider to return to school, noting any restrictions.
