Welcome to the Desert Shadows Middle School Symphonic Band Page!
Symphonic Band is a year-long course. Class emphasis is placed on developing music reading ability, technical skills, and performance techniques.
SUPPLY LIST
1. Instrument in good working condition with all accessories (i.e. valve oil, reeds, etc)
2. Binder with clear sleeves
3. Method Book: Habits of a Successful Middle School Musician, available online or at local music stores
4. Tuner/metronome
5. Paper/Pencil
