Mrs. Guy’s Summer Art Studio
Summer Art Studio June 15, 16, 22 and 23 at Mrs. Guy’s home. Big art projects include Moveable Me paper sculpture, Acrylic Painting on canvas, Calder Hanging Mobile, and Paper Collage on canvas. $25 per class, register for one or more. Homework Help/Tutor Time
from 3:15-4pm on Thursdays. This is for students who have a grade that is below a 70 in Math, Language, Science, or History. If you believe your child is struggling and needs to attend after school help, email me by Wednesday evening to arrange an invitation. Participation may also be requested by a teacher. Students will be sent to EDC (extended care) if not picked up by 4pm.
Please sign the student planners each night.
LATE work policy: Points will be deducted each day until it is completed. Call school attendance line & email Mrs. Hanson when your child is absent for the day.
ABSENT work: 1 day for every day absent to complete missed assignments. If you know you will be out of town, check FACTS for the days you will be absent.
How to check Homework & Grades--
Log on to FACTS
Select Student
Select Homework
Select the Student and date you missed.
Grades can be checked throughout the quarter. I will mark the missing assignments. Please give time for grade to be updated after assignment is turned in to Mrs. Hanson.
Please be sure to place the yellow signs in your car window to make pick-up go faster and keep the line moving.
A note from the office: the drop off & pick up zones are cell free zones. The safety of the students is paramount. Thank you for honoring this policy. We appreciate your support!
