Grades

Tests – Language Arts, Math, Social Studies and Science tests will be given as units are completed. Other assessments may include class projects, science labs, vocabulary quizzes, reports, etc. 

Projects - Projects and reports show how well each student can use what they’ve learned (individual grades).

Classwork Grades

You can check your child's grades on PowerSchool. Please note that paper report cards are NOT sent home. I encourage you to ask your child about their progress and the subject matter often, children are excited to share what they learn!  We place an enormous amount of focus on the child’s progress rather than a numerical grade.
