From learning new skills and changing old habits, to talking to peers who understand what you are going through we can help you find ways to balance school, work and personal challenges and if need be access mental health and well-being supports.
We know that anxiety, depression, relationships, emotional distress, loneliness, and adapting to college or Canada can be overwhelming. Pures College Resources/Career Centre is a crucial part of the many services available to students, as it aims to prepare students for life before, during, and after your studies We provide motivation and support to all of our students in order to help you improve your skills and build confidence in many aspects of your journey.
The Resources/Career Centre hosts a variety of mental health and well-being workshops and on-line seminars to give you the tools to succeed.

Pures College Gym, Dance- Yoga room and Quiet rooms are on campus facilities which students can utilize to help maintain your physical health and mental well-being. These facilities are free and accessible to all students.
