IMPORTANT
Do you have an official Letter of Acceptance/Commitment from an organization? Read the External Interns NEXT STEPS section below. Otherwise, read PGIP°Tech NEXT STEPS.
You are an External Intern if you either:
Have a Letter of Acceptance from any external PG organization as an Intern, or
Have a Letter of Acceptance accompanied by a Letter of Commitment from your current employer stating that you will be working with a different team, and under different supervision*.
An External Internship is when you have found and been accepted as an intern with an external company of your choice. By now, you should already be working with them. Looking for an external company at this point is not an option. This process happened before enrollment. If you are doing an externship, you are only required to do the assignments on BrightSpace. No additional work is required for coursework on the university's end.
*Letter submission due the first week of the course term.
PGIP°Tech is an internal Purdue Global organization for folks who have chosen to complete the internship course in a remote setting without enrollment complications with external organizations.
