Self-Help Tools
Mental health self-help tools provide resources to cope with stress and other mental health concerns. Self-help tools should not replace different types of mental health treatments. Instead, these tools assist individuals in better supporting their mental health by helping them understand mental health struggles and providing coping strategies.
Mental Health Movement – Self-help tools, including fact sheets, apps, and online tools and programs.
MindWise Innovations – Mental health apps to reduce stress, manage a mood disorder and improve mood.
