Employee Assistance Program
OVERVIEW
HealthAdvocate™ is a leading independent provider of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and is available to you and your family members (spouse, children, parents, and parents-in-law) whenever you need it.
Most of us must face change, stress, or an emotional crisis now and then. The HealthAdvocate EAP+Work/Life program provides services for you and your family such as short-term counseling, financial, legal, and family resources assistance to help handle concerns constructively before they become major issues.
Financial services are provided by seasoned professionals and include a free telephone consultation. They can help with matters such as identity theft, budgeting, debt management, and credit report issues.
Legal services provide telephone access to licensed attorneys who can help with legal concerns related to a home purchase, estate matters, elder law, personal/family law, or other legal issues.
Family resources offer free, personal referrals for child and eldercare. It can also help you with special needs services, relocation, and more.
Included is a comprehensive website and mobile app for articles, tips, webinars, and tools which complement these programs by making information conveniently accessible.
HealthAdvocate provides confidential assistance for a variety of reasons:
You've been feeling blue lately and can't seem to shake it
You are constantly having fights with your teenager
Work stress is becoming distracting and impacting your productivity
Your relationship with your spouse/partner has been strained lately
Participants are eligible for up to three free in-person counseling sessions per issue, along with unlimited telephone counseling.
The EAP program is available 24/7 at 877-240-6863. Counseling professionals assist you with a personal dilemma and guide you to in-person care with an expert in your area.
