At Purdue Global (PG), we recognize that investing in our employees' education is an important component in the success of our community and professionals. The Gift of Knowledge (GOK) program allows us to help employees develop academically by providing tuition programs and discounts, while continuing to develop their careers at PG.
Important Note: Some education benefits are taxable, and degrees/certificates taken through GOK may be considered as imputed income for the employee, subject to all applicable federal, state and local income taxes. Eligible Employees: Active PG Employees who have been continuously employed in a full-time capacity for a minimum of 3 months or 6 months in a part-time capacity are eligible for GOK.
Ineligible Employees: Contractors, contingent workers, and temporary workers.
Family Members Covered: Immediate family members including spouses, children, step-children or children under legal guardianship of the employee. Extended family including siblings, step-siblings, parents, and step-parents, sons/daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and step-grandchildren.
Eligible Programs: Eligible GOK participants may recieve the GOK benefit to complete one PG program in each of the following degree types: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Doctoral Degree. GOK benefits may be used for an unlimited number of certificate programs.
Ineligible Programs: There are no GOK benefits for single course offerings, micro-credentials, the Professional Flight program, or cost associated with the Global Competence Certification Program (GCC) Education Abroad opportunity.

To apply for initial Gift of Knowledge (GOK) benefits:
Employees must submit a GOK Intake Form to the GOK email inbox at edbenefits@support.purdueglobal.edu. The form must be filled out by the employee who is interested in using their GOK benefit for themselves or an immediate/extended family member through Purdue Global.
Once the GOK Intake Form is submitted, a GOK admissions advisor will follow up with the employee to start the verification process. Verification is required prior to starting the enrollment process. verification includes acknowledgement by the employee, their manager, PG Human Resources, and for returning students, the Business Office.
