Overview

Providing Urban Learners Success in Education (PULSE) High School is a transfer school that inspires a passion for learning through a student-centered curriculum. In this curriculum, students learn core subjects through challenging, real-world problems and projects. In partnership with Learning to Work, PULSE High School builds strong connections between academic work, community-based partners, pupil personnel services and family support. These connections produce active, engaged students within a challenging but supportive learning environment.

Classes are kept small and are taught by experienced faculty. Students have the opportunity to earn 22 credits in one school year through our accelerated program! In addition, paid internships and career exploration are available for those students who are in good standing.
