FORMAT VIDEO SUBMISSION
i-SINERGIE 2026 Innovation Video Competition Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a seamless evaluation process and high engagement, all participants must strictly adhere to the following regulations:
Participants are required to upload their video directly to YouTube:
1. Upload to YouTube: Upload your final video to your personal or team YouTube account.
2. Title: Set the YouTube video title as:
I SINERGIE 2026 - [ID NO] - [PROJECT TITLE]
3. Privacy Setting: You MUST set the video privacy setting to PUBLIC.
4. Link Submission: Submit the public YouTube video link via the official submission form.
5. Please ensure that the video link is accessible to the judges throughout the judging process.
Each video presentation must be presented entirely in English and must have a duration of 5–7 minutes. The video must include the following elements in the order specified:
1. Introductory Montage: The video must start with the Introduction Video (Downloadable via the provided link : https://canva.link/pep1uxp86em5dqr
2. Project Information: Clear display of:
o Project Title & ID Number.
o Names of Team Leader and Members.
o Institutional Name & Logo.
3. Core Presentation:
o Objective(s).
o Problem Statements.
o Description of the Product/Design/Idea.
o Demonstration of functionality or impact.
Submission Deadline: 20 September 2026.
Language Requirement: All spoken narration, text, captions, and presentation content must be in English.
Video Duration: The total video duration must be between 5 and 7 minutes.
Publication Consent: By participating in this competition, participants grant the organizer permission to share, feature, or re-upload their video content on the official Creative and Innovative Idea YouTube channel for promotional and judging purposes.
