A. Basic guidelines:

Ensure that the language used in the e-digest is clear, concise, and easy to understand. All articles must be written in English only.

Maintain a good balance between text and images to present the content effectively and make the article visually appealing. Ensure that all images are relevant to the content, clear, and of good resolution.

B. Criteria

1. Topic relevant for the discipline. 

There is one clear, well- focused topic. Main idea is supported by detailed information. 

⮚ The article is attractive eye catching design. 

⮚ The flow is logical and easily followed. 

⮚ Overall appeal (balanced composition). 

⮚ Catchy title reflecting content of article. 

2. The article must follow the structure and format established by E-Digest_iSINERGIES 2026. 

⮚ The contents should include all the following subtopics.  

1. Introduction 

2. Objective 

3. Problem Statement 

4. Methodology 

5. Results 

6. Conclusion 

7. References not ,more than EIGHT (APA style) 

3. Format and Structure Compliance: 

    ⮚ Use the provided Canva Style Template and follow all specified formatting requirements.

    ⮚ Use Arial font, size 10, with justified alignment and single line spacing.

⮚ Section titles must be in UPPERCASE, bold, Arial font, size 11.

⮚ Include a maximum of eight (8) visual elements, including pictures, tables, and graphs.

⮚ Use consistent numbering for all figures and tables (e.g., Table 1, Table 2; Figure 1, Figure 2).

⮚ Figure titles must be placed below the figure, followed by a brief description of the figure.

⮚ Table titles must be placed above the table, followed by a brief description of the table.

⮚ The article length should be between two (2) and four (4) pages.

4. Turnitin < 30% 

⮚ The Turnitin similarity index must be below 30%.

⮚ Authors are required to submit the Turnitin similarity report together with the E-Digest article.

⮚ Submissions with a similarity index above 30% may be returned to the authors for revision.

⮚ Authors are responsible for ensuring that their article is original and free from plagiarism.
