About me

Welcome to the tenth grade counselor page! My name is Sandy Soltau and I've been working for Pine Tree High School for 15 years. This is my fifth year in the counselor's office and I am enjoying my work here very much!

I earned my B.A. degree from Calvin College, in Grand Rapids, MI. I also have a M.A. degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson, and a M.Ed. from Grand Valley State University.

I have been married to my husband for 26 years and we have 3 grown daughters, all whom are attending UT at Austin. (My oldest daughter is married--that handsome young man in the picture is my son-in-law!) We bleed burnt orange (Hook 'em Horns!) and love spending time with our kids, ET football and traveling.
