Welcome to the Morris Sussex Transition Partnership website. We are comprised of Transition Coordinators from multiple school districts in both Morris and Sussex counties. It has been our passion and desire to bring the most up-to-date and pertinent information to the families of the students we support. In a collective effort, we created this website for you. Life is busy and the closer to graduation it can get downright scary. Please review the resources we have gathered from our many years of experience in the world of transition. Each page should include contact information for each resource. If you find something missing, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are continually striving to bring you current and new resources.
