3rd Grade
Architecture
Third grade GRO students will discover the world of architecture by becoming designers and master builders. A variety of hands-on and research activities will allow the students to identify architectural styles and famous buildings, solve design and construction problems & develop and pose solutions as their various structures take shape.
The culminating in class project will allow each child to create their own dream structure within a given set of constraints. This project will help your child develop and enhance their creative thinking skills, engineering design strategies and decision making abilities.
