By way of Battle Creek, MI, Rand came to Georgia to pursue his higher calling from God the Father in 2006. With his wife Toricka Burton by his side, Rand dynamically proclaims the gospel of Jesus Christ, provides spiritual leadership, and is thoroughly engaged in pastoral care.
He utilizes the word of God to exhort, educate, encourage, and escort people into deeper relationships with Jesus Christ. He truly has a heart for people and the community surrounding him.
