ASIJ Talent Spotlight

FOFA Talent Spotlight

Friends of the Fine Arts (FOFA) hosts the ASIJ Talent Spotlight featuring students in various genres of performing arts. This is a great opportunity for students in all divisions to showcase their unique talent to the ASIJ community. Individual students or groups selected by audition will perform live in the ASIJ Theater in front of a large audience, which will be livestreamed on ASIJTV. Performance genres may include but not limited to Singing, dancing, playing an instrument, stand-up comedy, magic, acting, gymnastics, Rubik’s Cube solving, mental math, and so much more!

We are thrilled to announce a fresh new format for one of our favorite community traditions! This year, Talent Spotlight (traditionally held in the spring) is joining forces with Winterfest on Saturday, December 5, to create our biggest, most vibrant student showcase yet! To celebrate our students’ incredible talents and accommodate as many performers as possible, this year's Talent Spotlight will expand across three stages: the Theater, the Courtyard Stage and the MPR. Combining these events allows us to bring non-stop live entertainment to the heart of our Winterfest celebrations on Dec 5.

If your child(ren) would like to perform, please submit their application by Thursday, Nov 5. Click here to submit your application.

Spotlight Auditions

We hope to accommodate as many performers as possible. When sending in your audition, please keep these rules in mind:

• As a general rule, each participant may submit one solo application and one group application. Depending on the number of applications, participants may be asked to perform in only one of the two categories.

• The entire submission (including any background music) will be selected based on appropriateness for general audiences.

• Participation may be limited depending on the number of applications and available facilities, equipment, and technical support.
