About ELC Events
To help connecting families with younger children, the ELC PTA hosts various events specifically for families at the Early Learning Center (ELC) in Roppongi, such as the Fall Family Festival, ELC Movie Fests, ELC Family Picnic and Literacy Parent Vignettes. In addition to ELC Events, there are also parent socials for ELC parents.

A cherished ELC tradition, Fall Family Festival and Bazaar is coming up on October 9. It's a day full of fun crafts and activities for the children. Families can also browse a bazaar of donated children's clothes and enjoy free shopping! ELC PTA will collect donations of "gently" used children's clothing for the Bazaar on October 7 & 8 in the ELC Lobby and during morning Car Line. Halloween costumes, ASIJ spirit wear, and seasonal items are welcome. We are also looking for some extra helping hands for the Bazaar. Please sign up to lend your hand! Fall Film Fest: Nov 18 at 1-2:30PM
Spring Film Fest: Mar 17 at 1-2:30PM
Held twice a year (Fall & Spring), these fun movie afternoons give students a chance to relax and enjoy a movie together. PTA provides popcorn and fresh fruit, and families can help by volunteering as chaperones and snack helpers.

A fun, casual afternoon for ELC families to gather at Yoyogi Park with their own picnic blankets, food, and drinks. PTA arranges special entertainment for the kids, including a magician and balloon-making. This relaxed community event doesn’t require parent volunteers—just come and enjoy!

ELC Literacy Week Vignettes

During Literacy Week, parent volunteers bring stories to life by dressing up in simple costumes and acting out beloved children’s books for all the ELC students. This special event sparks joy, imagination, and a love of reading across the community.
