Keren Sharvit, Ph.D.

Keren Sharvit is the head of the Laboratory for Intergroup Conflicts and their Resolution (LICR). She is a social and political psychologist who is a faculty member in the School of Psychological Sciences and Program for Peace and Conflict Management (PCM) at the University of Haifa. Keren joined the university in 2010 as part of the process of creating the PCM Program and served as the head of the program between 2014 and 2021. Prior to joining the university, she was a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park, and earlier a postdoctoral fellow in the Swiss Center for Conflict Research, Management and Resolution, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She completed her Ph.D. in social psychology at Tel Aviv University in 2008.
