Tuition will cover educational and research costs, and it is inclusive of room and board for five weeks, all travel costs within Italy and within the US, and travel from Italy to Penn State.
Participants are expected to travel to Coldigioco, arriving before 7 pm on June 6. We can pick up travelers at the nearest train station, which is Castelplanio-Cupramontana.
We will travel as a group from Italy to Penn State on June 20. Penn State is located in the town of State College, PA.
The course ends on the morning of July 10. Departures can be by air from our regional airport (SCE), by bus, or by rail via Amtrak (Lewistown, PA station is the closest). We will organize rides to the airport, and the bus or rail stations.
Applicants with financial need are encouraged to contact us early; we can provide assistance with tuition costs based on need. Note that the course will arrange and cover travel from Italy to Penn State. Travel arrangements and costs to Italy and leaving Penn State are the student's responsibility.
