At the top, select your Service, the platform you will be streaming on.
Below the services, you can also select your region.
It is suggested that you leave it on auto so that OBS Studio automatically selected the region that is best for your connection at the moment.
3. Next, you will want to connect your account, logging in with your account credentials based on the service that you will be using to stream.
This will tie OBS to your account to allow you to stream. Additionally, you will have the option to input your stream key instead. Your stream key can be found in your account information for the service you will be streaming on but be aware that stream keys should never be shared as it will give access to streaming on your account.
Be sure to click the "Apply" button at the bottom to ensure that your settings have saved
