We are all going through a very new and challenging experience right now. Everyone's experience, however similar, has also been unique and different from everyone else's.
For that reason, we may need different things.
You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, anxious, or completely calm. You might feel many things throughout the day, week, or all at once, like being upset that an event was cancelled, but happy that you don't have to think about what you're wearing that day.
Your feelings are valid, no matter what they are.
Your feelings are normal; the situation is not.
This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings and building resilience during this pandemic .
