Emerald R. Padaong

Emerald Rafanan Padaong is a Special Science Teacher III in English at the Philippine Science High School-Ilocos Region Campus, where she has been teaching since 2016. She teaches English 3 and is one of the advisers of the PisayMUN x Debate Club of the campus. She also serves as the Academic Unit Head of the English unit. She completed her BSE in Secondary Education major in English at the Philippine Normal University-Manila, and is writing her thesis for her Master's degree in English Language Education at the De La Salle University-Manila. Her research interests focus on second language acquisition and content area reading.
