Dr. Carlito A. Cerbo, Jr. is a Special Science Teacher V at the Philippine Science High School - Western Visayas Campus, where he teaches Social Science subjects. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Education, major in Curriculum Development, from West Visayas State University in March 2012.
With extensive experience as a resource speaker and facilitator, Dr. Cerbo has conducted lectures and workshops on curriculum planning and development, pedagogy, Social Studies education, Japanese language and culture, and Philippine history. He served as a member of the Technical Working Group for the Grade 12 Social Science Curriculum and led the team of writers and reviewers for Social Science learning guides under the CRBL.
Dr. Cerbo is frequently invited as an external expert on graduate research panels at various universities in the region. He is also the author of War Memories Volumes 1 to 3, Glimpses: A Collection of Pisay Stories, and served as the team lead for the bilingual book project Istorya sang Pandemya.
